P8079 Grade Chipped rubber, does not affect performance at all.
 
The EEV P8079 tube is the same dimensions as the P8079HP tube, but has slightly lower performance, the emphasis is on the word slightly, unless you are in somewhere of true darkness and no light pollution then you won't notice any difference and even then it will be very slight.
